Ordered a Big Italian, paid for extra cheese to be on it. This is what I was given...also had another big Italian in the order where they forgot to put any toppings on it.
Straight up missing half the sandwich, and wasnt ready when they said it would.
I had the best experience with Luke at this potbelly’s. He made me a great sandwich and he was so kind and had great customer service skills. I will be back, thanks again Luke!
My Mom turns 78 today and wanted to go to lunch and the book store. So we ate here at Potbelly in Livonia and would make our way over to Barnes and Noble. I let her off at the front so I could take a call. A very short amount of time later, my Mom had a "spell"... Something that Parkinson's patients deal with when their meds wear off.
