I just had my lunch for the day. And used my free points to get myself a cookie. The staff was very accommodating and was making sure to check to see if the dream bar had any peanuts in it. They went and checked though I could tell they were also handling other things as well. So I opted in getting their brownie chocolate chip cookie which I know doesn't contain any peanuts. 🗣Ash is such an exceptional employee and asset to Potbellys😁❗
Went today for a sandwich and this lady stormed in complaining about how they messed up her sandwich 5 times. Thought she was exaggerating and doing too much but I swear to you they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich right after. Very annoyed with this place.
