Went today for a sandwich and this lady stormed in complaining about how they messed up her sandwich 5 times. Thought she was exaggerating and doing too much but I swear to you they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich right after. Very annoyed with this place.
Chicken Club always is good. Very cozy vibes. Clean bathrooms, great cookies, and very good milkshakes. Trust me, don't skip out on those
I love Potbelly’s but this location just can't get it right. I confirmed my toppings twice to make sure my sandwich was made correctly. Despite taking those extra steps, my order was still completely wrong. My order doesn't change. I ordered a kids grilled cheese combo (get home and no cookie, no applesauce). 2 Avo Turkey with everything. No lettuce, no onions, no pickles.
