I was just about to place an order from DoorDash, which it still said I had 15 minutes left to place my order, it was 8:29 PM, store closes at 9, and I called the store asking a question about a sauce where she informed me they had already shut down their system and will not be receiving any orders from any app. I asked why they did not notify DoorDash and all she said was we don’t have to. Ordered through the app went to pickup my order off the shelf and it wasn’t there someone took my food. Waited for my order to be remade. Server was nice. Went to go eat my sandwich and found beard hair on it. Threw sandwich away. Contacted their customer service have not heard back it’s been over a week. Poor customer service and they do not resolve any issues you have.
Very kind staff! I placed an order on 9/22 around 7:30pm and the gentleman who answered was very professional and when I arrived at the store he was excited to let me know he was able to provide the Mac and cheese cups after all, which was very thoughtful. I live in Northlake and will drive to Elmhurst because of their exceptional service.
I didn't purchase food. Stood in line for 4 mins, and no one acknowledged me. There were 3 employees, and no one said a word. I asked Leandria if anyone was going to acknowledge me as a customer and take my order, and she replied with, I'm filling online orders that have already come in.
