The staff attended us very friendly and very richly with my salad and my broccoli soup.
The lunch specials _7.99 with sandwich chips and drink is good.
THE ONLY REASON I’M GIVING 2 STARS INSTEAD OF 0 IS BECAUSE OF ASHLYN. I COME TO MY LOCAL POTBELLY VERY OFTEN AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE EVER RECEIVED THIS TYPE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE’S VERY PATIENT AND POLITE & TREATS EVERY RACE SHE COMES IN CONTRACT WITH THE SAME. HONESTLY, SHE DESERVES TO BE A MANAGER.
I placed my order to be pick up at 12.30, I went there at 12.45 and my order was not ready, they were taking the line down and there was a line waiting to pick up order. I order the chicken salad salad and the chicken salad were separate from the salad. There was bad salad in there as well. You guys should check your salad before preparing it. Not happy at all.
