I was there today lunch time. There was a gentleman in front of me that was being checked out and the guy behind the register the worker (Daniel) which is also the manager! was on his personal cell phone the whole time while checking out the customer. I find out the woman that was there as well the worker told him to get off the phone and she apparently is the Assistant manager. Ordered 2 subs on doordash, 1 sandwich came burned, the other was missing.
Choosing a favorite sandwich chain can certainly be difficult, there are so many to choose from! Potbelly is definitely in my top 3! The sandwiches at this location are consistently good. Bread is always nicely toasted, ensuring the sandwich is crunchy and crispy. Ingredients are fresh tasting and solid. My go to is the Chicken Club or Old-World Italian.
Great experience, enjoyed everything about the place. Ditto again.
