Ordered Italian original, white bread. Sandwich was C O L D, thru and thru. 2 tiny, lonely tomato slices. 3 tiny onion rings 2 tiny, very thin, lonely pickle slices Asked for EXTRA OIL, got NOOOOOOOO oil. This is my third time going there chili is never warm always cold this time I asked them to warm it up not only is it still cold it is nasty it tastes like they did not put seasoning in it I will never go back I tried to tell them on my receipt but the link doesn't work I could have saved my $7.05 for this little bowl of unhappiness
For years, I’ve loved coming here, but the last two times the workers are joking around playing not taking care of customers the way they should be. You walk in and instead of greeting you they’re talking and make you wait while they joke around each other. The last time I came, I asked for opinion on a menu item and he said it’s not good because of the lady who made it. But he was laughing while saying it. This was actually the WORST experience I've had a any Potbelly. Smh. I received my order and I didn't realize it was wrong till I got in the car and bit into it. Took it back in and it took FOREVER to get my new order. I feel like since it took them forever to remake it, they should have offered some type of something. It could have been a bowl of soup, shake, chips or anything. Not a good experience at ALL!
Walked in, got my order taken somewhere that wasnt the register, had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee had airpods in, then had to repeat it again to the person at the register, they finally finished my order but i coypdnt have known that because they never called out or anything AND LEFT THE BAG BEHIND THE COUNTER so i had no way of even knowing it was my order, the whole thing also took about 15 minutes when there is literally a sign saying the aim for 8, they also didnt combo my order so i paid $10 mo... read more
