All 3 employees we dealt with were unhelpful and rude, and the food was way too spicy. Price ok for airport food.
My wife ordered sausage,egg and cheddar breakfast. First time here, the food is good. So the coffee.. Highly recommend when you need sandwiches and light snack. Received an amazing service...
Where do I even begin. I visited in Friday, June 26 around 10:50am for reference. Walking up was interesting, as a large group of DTW ground crew were taking up nearly the entire seating area. Not that I care about what they are talking about, but the language used amongst themselves at a group volume level is not kid friendly. Very busy airport, decided to give Potbelly a try! The reason I gave service a 2 star and not one was the first person was great took my order very friendly. The cashier was horrible massive attitude. Ordered a sandwich, coffee (at 9:30 am). Once I paid I asked for a receipt, she said we don’t have paper. Explained it’s a business expense need a receipt. She took a picture of her screen. I asked where the cups were for the coffee she says we are out of coffee. Why isn’t that communicated from the beginning.
One person in front of me, no one else there. At least 4 people working. Waited 5-10 minutes before the person in front of me had their order taken. When I ordered, the sub was not made. The person making the sub’s made at least 3 wrong in my time there. I then had to wait for people who were behind me. Then when I had my sandwich there was no one available to ring me up to pay.
