Service workers were unclear or hardly spoke when I asked questions of the menu and when I paid. The lady at the register was on her phone while no one was in line and the drink service area was in disarray and needed attention. When I went to pay, her demeanor was not pleasant, as if she didn’t want to be there, which translated to me that I was the problem and wasn’t welcome. I tried to scan for my points and was looked at like I was an idiot for asking. Food was great, personal making it was as well… but the person working the checkout was no pleasant at all.
I rarely ever comment on any service but smile please - stopped in - food was great - person putting on our toppings looked miserable - after saying thank you - i got not even a response - be kind - it goes a long way Tuesday at 5:20 pm
This was a very tough review because no exaggeration " this was the best potbelly sandwich ive ever had " However, they double charged me for soup and it was already more than $24 a person. Tough decision
Customer service was friendly and attentive. Food was the perfect thing for a 2.5 hour layover in the early morning. Daniel W is a rockstar!
