August 2026: Excellent. We wanted to pack lunch for our hike, so it couldn't be toasted, grilled, or hot. The sandwich held up really well and tasted better than expectations. I would eat there again.
I don’t know if we caught Potbelly on a rough day, but the service today was absolutely awful. I’ve been to this location multiple times before, so I know this isn’t necessarily what the experience is always like, but today was disappointing from start to finish. We watched one employee struggle to make a simple salad and become so frazzled that she had to rely on multiple coworkers to help her put it together. I’m a regular user of the app for pick up. In the last month I’ve had instances where I pick up my sandwich, get back to the office only to discover my sandwich wasn’t made properly. The first time an ingredient was missing. The second time (today) I got the completely wrong sandwich. I ordered a BLTA on wheat. I got a turkey on white. It's strange how bad this potbelly location is compared to the one by pioneer courthouse square, which is consistently good. Last visit my sandwich was burned and the salad was in a significantly smaller bowl. The restaurant was empty, but the two employees refused to make eye contact or engage when I said Hello several times. The one who finally broke seemed irritated and confused by the presence of a customer.
