I’ve ordered lunch two different times while in town for business meetings and both times I’ve asked for no cheese and both times my sandwiches have had cheese. I don’t know if your online system doesn’t communicate properly or if the people making the sandwiches don’t pay attention, but to have it happen twice in a short period of time is ridiculous. Potbelly will no longer be an option for us going forward.
For some reason, I remember being able to go here and get a sandwich that I would be too full to finish. And then I was madly disappointed.
Potbelly’s is located right under our offices thank goodness. The food is healthy, fairly priced and tasty! The menu is huge so there is plenty to choose from. It’s always friendly and clean. Swing by and try the $7.99 combo!
Big shout out to Jenna. She was amazing some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while, she has great vibe, very cute (respectfully). I don’t want my sandwich unless she’s MAKING IT 🔥
I was disappointed with my order. The quality of the food did not meet expectations, the portion size was smaller than what I ordered, and it was not prepared according to the specifications I requested. It’s happened more than twice now and place use to be good.
