We were served by a guy whose name started with an A (sorry we can’t remember), but it was amazing! Great service :)
Went back to get Southwest Chicken avocado wrap as it was the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it was the worst today. Dry and wrap was hard and not cooked well. Server had to ask me multiple times what I ordered. He looked out of it. I had to throw it away. Never again.
Love Potbelly and I went out of my way to go to this one running errands. I love the downtown setting and the ease of parking in the garage in the back, not to mention the nice walk on the north side of the building.
The level of incompetence with the employees here is insanely bad. They ask to repeat your order several times and still get it wrong. Girl making the sandwiches is talking on her personal phone while trying to listen to customers at the same time. Manager came out and asked her if she was on her phone....she says no right in front of customers. Place is dirty, no one wipes tables. We waited 15 minutes for a single sandwich to be made.
