I was in there for over 10 minutes and they didn't serve a single person waiting in line, only making sandwiches for online orders.
Showed up at 4:33. Was told it was closed unless an online order.
Service and food is usually great but when I tried coming to grab my pick up order that was accepted at 4:30 they refused to open the doors thinking I was a walk in, I called and let them know it was for pick up and they eventually let me in but even if I was a walk in you guys close at 5pm and shouldn’t be refusing service before then and if you guys close at 4:30 please put that as your hours, thanks!
Who ever the employees were, that were working 11/1 at 4pm. You made our first ten minutes in Minneapolis so wonderful. We have never been to a potbelly sandwich place, and now we are fans! The service was so amazing! The gal working really sparked up great conversation and was extremely enjoyable to deal with. We loved it! Thank you
This subway sandwich place is really nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was really delicious. The younger woman working behind the counter gave me flavour suggestions when I wasn't sure what to order. They have great deals too, and the quality of the sandwich itself felt good. Thanks!
