Paid online for an order said to be done at 5:36, showed up and the doors were locked even though the door says open until 7? Not sure how to get a refund or why we weren’t notified prior as we were trying to pick up our food prior to heading to a concert…
What is happening at this place?? I visited on 3/5 and it was a nightmare. The poor guy at the counter was doing his best as there were only two employees and the girl was obviously having a horrible day. Unfortunately, she didn't help him at all. She just stared at the POS system on the register the entire time which means he had to take the orders and make the sandwich. I came in a few nights ago before an event and needed a quick meal. Chris was running this entire potbelly by himself that night. Not only did he make my sandwich to perfection, but he was exceptionally welcoming. We need more people like Chris in customer service 🙏 Management should definitely reward that man for his dedication.
Chris was amazing, it was a long line and he was the only one here and he held it down, he deserves a raise, he needs more help to he handled that food was amazing his customer service 5/5, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE ps. I’m not a Karen, the service was literally so bad I’m writing a review which I maybe have done once in my life. The store manager was so incredibly disrespectful to his employee girl making the sandwich, yelling at her and embarrassing her in front of the customers. She was shy, kind, and quiet and just dealing with getting yelled at mocked and talked down to by the manager.
