Unfortunately we walked out and were disgusted after seeing a female employee sitting on a food prep table on her phone instead of being ready and trying to help the customers. If she was on break then she should have been in a dedicated break room/area. Not what we want to see as we're first walking in.
This sandwich shop is THE HYPE! The staff behind the counter are RAZOR SHARP with the meals, the drinks, the knowledge! They have the choicest fresh ingredients that will beam deliciousness right into your brain, okay!?
I just picked up a chicken salad sub, and it was terrible. I threw half of it away. All I could taste was mayo and black pepper. Would rather have a gas station sandwhich, than this. My first experience, and I'm never coming back.

It was a very bad experience, my sandwich was OK the person who made my sandwich was very nice, The next person was a lady who packed my sandwich with any napkins no condiments. I came back and asked her for napkins and she pointed out where and said you don't see it. after I finished I asked her where the trash was and again very rudely said a Bag? I don't Understand you.
