Terrible place to go. They don't allow you to wait at the window anymore. Won't give you food unless you drive back behind the window. Rude as hell. Save your money don't go here.
Can’t even serve hot soup … I’ve had to go back several times because the soup was not hot. Drive through service is very slow even when there’re few or no inside customers they tell you to back up from the window until they wave you up. Sandwiches are sloppily made. I no longer go to this location. Not worth the hassle.
I love potbelly but like so many chains these days, it can be a horrible experience when the workers don’t care about providing good service. This particular store is absolute trash. Type of place where you consider tossing the meal after you see it.
The drive thru is very slow.
The moment I walked in I was greeted by 4 lovely ladies. Very refreshing during these times. Will be back!! Thank you ladies for making my day!
