👋🏾 Potbelly Corp. Taisha seems to hate her job. I ordered my meal via the drive through. My sandwich was wrong (missing toppings) made with no care. I watched Taisa make my sandwich and with that attitude it’s no wonder 💭 my sandwich wasn’t good. There were no napkins. Then when I added a cookie she was so rude. I should have went in and ordered my food. That drive through is tricky and sometimes Michael Jackson B.A.D!!!
Their service is pretty poor. They make you wait in the drive through 15-20 mins and sometimes still make your food wrong! I go here a lot and order from DoorDash and they just can’t seem to get it together. Not sure if the manager is still there but she’s rude as well.
It was terrible -5 stars. Customer service is terrible, management is terrible, service is terrible. Ive been there a few times to give them a shot but I'm never going back. Manager has a nasty attitude and complaining in front of customers about things that can be handled in private. They just look at you like you have two heads instead of guiding you. Might be the worst potbelly sandwich I ever had . Gave me wheat bread even though I told the employee white . Bread was hard plus I said no peppers no pickles but both was on sandwich . Employeee was not paying attention.
It seems I got old avocado and pickles. Definitely not coming back.
