We have eaten at many Potbellys .We have never experienced this type of Service .Susan was Amazing and the customer service was excellent .Food was fresh and delicious .
The cashier went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our order, her name was Susan. She was extremely nice and deserves a raise!!!

Love this section of restaurants and shops in Park Ridge. Friendly staff actually asked if I needed anything while I was sitting and eating lunch. Much better experience than a location in the city!
