Food is good. Main gripe is service. They can get backed up and then you end up waiting 20 mins+ for your order
I don’t eat at Potbelly very often, but since it was nearby and I was in Park Ridge for work, I decided to stop in. Susan greeted me warmly and took my order with care. I appreciated her suggestion to remove the mushrooms from my Pizza Melt, and the Churro Shake was absolutely delicious. Overall, I was grateful for such a pleasant experience at a place I don’t visit too often. Thanks again to her and her team!
I don’t live anywhere near here, but I come here quite often for work or for catering items. I can say that everyone that works there is amazing! It is clean. And the manager is so considerate, thorough, and professional! He makes sure that all the customers are happy and satisfied with their meals. I will continue to do business both for my personal lunch items, as well as catering events!
