Placed a pick up order for 2:04, didn’t get it until 2:30. I watched them make about 10 walk in orders and 3 pick up orders. And never touched my order even after I asked about it. I asked a different worker for help and he told me to hold on but never came back to hear what I needed help with. I asked for the manager and she said was sorry and but this is unacceptable. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and it had bacon on it. We also were disappointed that the milkshake machine was not working for the kids. We paid for a jar of peppers and did not get it.
