Just ordered Potbelly and had my son in the store on speakerphone while I ordered. They lady repeated everything that I ordered. He brings the food home and my order was wrong. Instead of offering to correct it, the lady wants to argue about what she heard. I got 2 dry sandwiches and had 4 missing items. I asked for a refund and told her that he was bringing the food back and she told me that I had to wait until tomorrow. Poor customer service, they won’t ever get my business again!
The employees dont get enough credit. Went there today 10.25.25, lady in front of me completely messed up and tried to blame staff. Staff super professional and the gentlemen at the register Edwin kept a smile, kept if fun and light (at the potbelly register where he doesn't have to do any of that). Credit to the team and thank you for being good people
this is the second time they don't follow my order detail missing two ingredients that i’ve asked for. no feta cheese or raisin that asked instead of tomatoes
