I ordered an Italian sub with peppers and light mayo from the drive-thru this evening. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, that’s all my sandwich consisted of. I tried to call the store to ask if it came with the regular things that typically come on the sandwich, and the person that was helping me (with attitude) said, 'No, you have to order it with everything.' Mikayla made my sandwich and it was very good. She was kind and helpful the whole time and she fits the vibe of Potbelly’s completely.
This location steals tips from delivery drivers. I work several delivery apps, the customers have asked me on several occasions if I received the tip, and I did not. I did a catering order this morning, the customer said they left a tip, when I called and asked about it, they told me the restaurant did not mark any tips on the order, even though the customer was standing right there saying they did, so the customer ended up giving me cash.
They'll lie to you and say at 8pm they are completely out of ice cream because they're too lazy to make a couple of shakes. If she didn't lie to me and somehow they are completely out of ice cream of all things, then they have incompetent ordering managers. Terrible location from top to bottom.
