Came here with my daughters and niece for dinner. They were fast with getting through the process and as usual everything tasted delicious! I love the pizza melt sub! We’ve been fans of Potbelly’s since living in NY so it’s nice to have one close by! Milkshakes are always good too.
I went for the first time today. It seemed a bit untidy. Staff greeted me and we're very friendly. I had a ham and Swiss with a broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was good. The bread was fantastic. However the soup was very runny and grainy. I would say eat the sandwich and skip the broccoli cheese soup. I'll try the potato soup next time.
Moody was absolutely master class, his customer service and demeanor was fantastic. I only needed one thing and asked for his recommendation, then he delivered it above and beyond. He made a customer outta me.
Got the cubano sandwich sandwich was smaller than I expected. Probably won't get it again think I might try the turkey or maybe the chicken bacon wrap next time. Staff was nice verified my order before handing it to me.
