Potbelly Sandwich Shop has always been one of my go-to spots for a great sandwich, and the Tampa location did not disappoint. While the parking was a bit tight, the convenience of a drive-thru made up for it. Inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Im. Never going here again they messed up my order and I had a allergic reaction to the peppers on my sandwich never again
Staff was friendly. Food was good, soup hot Enjoyed it very well. Marquita was very nice
This location was on top of it's job! The young people were so nice and helped me redeem my points as I did not know how to work my phone, they made be a great sandwich, it was very yummy, I will be back because they were kind and made everything nice for me. Keep up the good work as some do not respect us customers or our time as I had a horrible experience at another location, I has to tell him to forget it ans keep his sandwich he made as his attitude was so disrepectful for no reason, as I treat all workers with respect
Some of the subs taste good however portions are smaller than other sub places and food trucks in the area for the price. Ordered a BLT recently and it should have been called an LT, had to get a search party to find the Bacon
