Workers need a SERIOUS attitude check. It was my first time in there and I was getting barked at. When I couldn’t understand the lady behind the counter she laughed and made fun of me. Embarrassing that people like that are allowed to work there. I will never be coming back.
I would say it was worth my money
I ordered two strawberry shakes, 40+ minutes later I finally got them. There was about 5 other people waiting on shakes who were ahead of me, the worker making the shakes kept saying he was making them but was moving in slow motion. I am incredibly disappointed. Once I got my shake it was only half full. And I didn’t want to wait another 40+ minutes to get more, what I payed for. I was having quite a day with my little one. Came in and on top of that was having a number of issues with my rewards app. Seemed like my points got deleted off of the app. The manager came out and helped straighten everything out for me right away! Great service. She was extremely helpful!
Food - your order will be wrong even if you don't customize a regular sandwich. (How do you forget sweet heat on the sweat heat pork sandwich 3 times) Service - No customers and still not make your order on time for Pick Up. Been here more than 40 times and I can say they will never get to your pickup until you arrive.
