Becca is always so joyful and makes it a great place to be even when it’s busy!
The food was great, but the service and atmosphere? Not so much. No warm welcome, and after we ordered, we waited at the topping station, totally ignored by this lady who clearly didn't want to be there. When she finally decided to put our toppings on, she just grumbled "wreck... wreck..." like we were supposed to know she was talking to us, even though she was looking up and away. I’m not someone who usually even leaves reviews, but the service here is absolutely terrible. I did an online pick up order and the staff either disregarded my toppings, or got my order mixed up with someone else’s. When i call to get a refund, as i had to go back to work and had no time to get it fixed, the person i spoke with was so rude and told me how she made my sandwich and didn’t mess it up, how i was mistaken and then hangs up in my face.
