The food was great, but the service and atmosphere? Not so much. No warm welcome, and after we ordered, we waited at the topping station, totally ignored by this lady who clearly didn't want to be there. When she finally decided to put our toppings on, she just grumbled "wreck... wreck..." like we were supposed to know she was talking to us, even though she was looking up and away. I’m not someone who usually even leaves reviews, but the service here is absolutely terrible. I did an online pick up order and the staff either disregarded my toppings, or got my order mixed up with someone else’s. When i call to get a refund, as i had to go back to work and had no time to get it fixed, the person i spoke with was so rude and told me how she made my sandwich and didn’t mess it up, how i was mistaken and then hangs up in my face. No sign saying order here. Waited 3 mins in line and they served 3 groups before me. I called it out and they say it’s my fault that I was last in line. I was in before the 3 groups waiting…. I just left. Obviously they don’t read reviews because it’s the same thing over and over and they reply with normal corporate
This is 100% five stars. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Becca and Christina there are some of the most amazing people they’re like my second mom the service is just amazing and they make every time I’m here memorable please give these people a raise they are one of the main reasons why I keep on coming back whenever I’m at the mall sometimes I’ll even just go in there just to talk to them when I’m not even getting a sandwich, amazing staff Lincoln-Finn-Abram
