The place is nice, but the food is horrible. Nothing tastes good, and they use way too much sauce. The bread ends up soggy and crumbly that it's pointless. It's just a reputation and aesthetic. Don't waste your money here.
I went in here for the first time. Service was not good at all, I ordered my sandwich, I thought I would pay where he was making the sandwich. He never told me to move down to go pay. Instead he looked at me like I was dumb. I went down to pay, Another employee, Said what did I order, but I believed he knew what I ordered, because I was the only person in there. They proceeded to whisper something about me, but I didn’t hear it but my friend did thank god. It was totally disrespectful.
I had an issue with an online order. The manager Caliegh was beyond helpful with getting my needs sorted in an orderly and timely fashion. Good stuff Caliegh.
It’s overpriced for just ok food. All the staff was very rude except the nice lady running the register. Wouldn’t recommend, and will not be back.
For years always enjoyed sandwiches and ambience at Eden Prairie Potbelly.. went today after work on Christmas Eve and now deciding not to go again there … for me more than food it is the smiling faces and good service… today the food was cold but colder was the service! Not a smile on the face, not welcoming at all… asked the soups available and the answer was “whatever is on the board”!!! Felt terrible….Don’t know how long it would take us to go back to Potbelly…
