I used to absolutely love getting food here. Sandwiches were good,soup was great and even their shakes were amazing. Me and my boyfriend ordered a sandwich each today through the app and when we opened our sandwiches we realized that more than half of what we ordered was missing. Paid for double meat and there was still very little meat. Shouldn't have to pay for double meat in the first place just to get any but after paying and it was still maybe 3oz of meat.
First time to try Potbelly and I got a mediterranian sandwich with chicken, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts and cheese. The 9 inch long bread was toasted well and the ingredients were good. The style of the shop was kind of a bar with alot of old wood used all around so it was nice to dine in there.
I really want to love this place but it's very inconsistent. Sometimes everything is assembled perfectly and sometimes I get a mess of a sandwich and cold soup.
