Sandwich got hot peppers after I clearly indicated NO hot peppers. Then a women's club squatting the quiet room for over an hour NOT EATING and playing cards was enough to make me never return there since there are plenty of other yummy food options in the area who seem to care more about keeping customers happy.
Instead of just apologizing for making me wait for an order that was already complete. They just blamed each other and no one took accountability. No point in trying to talk to the manager because she's the one who blamed her employee. The employee also was very rude and gestured to leave.
The sandwiches were really good and well priced! I got an Oreo milkshake and it was one of the best I’ve had. Plus I like the cookie they add on top of the milkshake. The cookie isn’t the greatest but it’s a nice touch. Got my food to go, I was in and out in a few minutes. Great service!
