Chaos. Placed an order at 11:50. Stood there for 35 minutes with 15 other people shaking their heads watching the chaos unfold. Manager screaming at the employees, employees running around bumping into each other. Total madness. I've never seen Potbelly's this disorganized.
Delicious food for everyone
I placed an order for scheduled pick up, yet I arrived here and it wasn’t ready. I now have to wait additional 10 minutes because my order in app didn’t go through. Specifically placed order on app so I wouldn’t have to wait.
Good food, Indifferent employees, and not a clean table in the place!
