This was my first time visiting a Potbelly Shop, I woke up not feeling well. I had a terrible cold and I needed to run errands, while out I was wondering where I could get a cup of soup. I wanted chicken noodle, which Potbelly doesn't carry, so I settled for their vegetable soup which was delicious, it was well seasoned, it wasn't salty which was good because I don't use salt due to high blood pressure. Order was completely massed up! It is unlivable… we order salad with no cheese and no dairy dressing due to severe dairy allergy - they deliver salad with a lot of cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing. The sandwich was like the caw just chewed it.
This place uses FILTHY! From the pictures in the wall, to the high chairs. Just disgusting. I lll never come back. Customer service was great, very nice employees.
This is my first time eating from here it's not a great experience because they don't put enough meat in the sub and the toppings are not good with the flavor I don't recommend this place
Used to be great , my uber eats order tonight was beyond shrunk
