Everytime time I come here I have an issue where I tell them not to toast it and they still do. First problem. Second problem is that I told the lady I wanted the 7.99 combo with multi grain bread...she then proceeds to give me options on if I wanted the original skinny bread ...I told her I thought I only had one option. She said no you have several bread options so then I said ok the regular. After the first round had to be redone because she toasted it...when I got to the register I said I ordered the 7.99 combo. Atmosphere: There are plenty of places to eat in this rustic styled restaurant! Pot Belly is more of a “modern casual eatery.” They have handicapped accessible counters and seating! Service: The associated were very welcoming and thorough. Lots of communication between the employees and the customers, which is always nice to see!
