Part of my order got canceled due to Potbelly’s LACK of communication. Not first time at this establishment either with said issue
Very nice people. They Gladly remade my sandwich when the app messed my order up, would recommend!
Had a bad experience. I asked them for salad without chicken three times and they still gave me chicken. When I returned the rep said she was working as out of courtesy that day and she didn't think it was a big problem. Very rude customer service .
Brought back my sandwich after it was made wrong, very strange reaction where they debated what I ordered. I had enough and asked for a refund, they refused. Very odd, I was respectful and even if you feel I’m wrong I just don’t think thats a great business practice. I will never come back but hey, seems like you’re doing just fine, with zero other customers in the restaurant and all.
