Followed the Manager from Herndon to Ashburn as he runs a tight ship. SInce he left Herndon, that store is no longer appetizing. Pay him his worth to the brand.
Tried the Mediterranean sandwich at Potbelly, and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and perfectly toasted. The place has a cool vibe, and the staff was friendly. Definitely coming back!
Food was great but some guy in an eagles hat behind the counter belittling a coworker and raising his voice doesn’t sit right with me. People like that will force good employees out the door. Send an email for gods sake, no reason to be yelling with sandwiches on the line.
