We were just in Huntsville for the day and we had heard about the Potato Shack. Oh my goodness what a wonderful experience! What an extensive menu of mouth watering choices. I finally picked the pot roast my guy picked the Canjun with boudin and shrimp! This place is so worth a drive up from Houston. We will be back just to try a different delicious potato

This is is my second time being at this restaurant and their funnelcake fries were AMAZING! My bbq potato was delicious! 😋
I had the bake potato with broccoli, cheese, bacon, butter and sour cream and it was fabulous. Their service is quick and they are super friendly. We will go again for sure.
