I have been using this service since 2019, over six years, and until now everything was fine. I am someone who is willing to pay extra for official service because I value safety and professionalism. Last Saturday, the shop replaced both front and rear brake pads and flushed the brake fluid. After taking the car home, my wife nearly crashed. Very disappointed with Melissa in the Potamkin Service department. I had to leave my husband’s car with Potamkin on a Monday at the end of November, so they could check or find the problem with his car.
