Annie was imperative to help navigate post-partum and a lengthy nicu stay. She was calm, understanding and positive while providing helpful feedback and support with a difficult journey. I am very thankful for the help received through PFWC.
After I had my first baby, my midwife recommended a wellness check at the Parent and Family Wellness Center (PFWC) around 4 weeks postpartum. I felt really good at the time, but I still went ahead and made an appointment — and I had a great chat with Chelsea. She provided me with a lot of resources in case I ever needed support during those intense first few weeks or months with a new baby. I struggled so much with postpartum depression after the birth of my second child. I was turned here by a friend and have been blown away with the gift of inner healing that has come out of my time with this practice! The whole team from onboarding to scheduling and the actual therapists are gold. I only wish I had gone sooner!
