The Parent and Family Wellness center was absolutely critical for me during a rough post-partum time for me, and I appreciate them so much. Thank you for all you do.
PFWC has been very helpful during my time under their care. From psychiatry to couples therapy the staff is knowledgeable and supportive. I truly couldn’t ask for a better team of people.

After I had my first baby, my midwife recommended a wellness check at the Parent and Family Wellness Center (PFWC) around 4 weeks postpartum. I felt really good at the time, but I still went ahead and made an appointment — and I had a great chat with Chelsea. She provided me with a lot of resources in case I ever needed support during those intense first few weeks or months with a new baby.
