I started working with Rebecca Guidera when my daughter was about 3 weeks old, and I recently stopped due to moving out-of-state. I was in a very difficult place suffering with PPA and panic disorder, and Rebecca was a huge part of my healing. Rebecca is compassionate, intuitive, and knowledgeable. She was always able to discern which direction we needed to go in our sessions, and she made me feel supported and heard. I am so thankful for the time we had working together. I started seeing Kate Kripke, a therapist at the PWC (I was honestly a little embarrassed to show up there when my youngest was 3 years old, but I quickly learned that they work with women and families at all stages as you can read about on their website). I first started seeing Kate for acute depression and anxiety, but I continued seeing her once... read more
