I notified Poston Plumbing of a plumbing problem I was experiencing on the coldest day of the year nonetheless. I was dreading having to deal with an unknown plumbing issue! They quickly replied with an appointment the very next morning. The guys called me and advised me when they were about to arrive and arrived on time. We had an old Bryant furnace, over 30 years, and it finally stopped working right. Being winter we quickly shopped around and had a few outrageous quotes, but Poston offered a reasonable price with the better brand furnace. We also updated our air conditioner and added a humidifier, but the guys only took 2 days to tear everything out and replace it all… not to mention they left the area cleaner than they started with. I’d recommend them anytime!
We've had issues with our kitchen sink and washer drain for a while now. It finally got to the point this past week where it went from it's OK we can wash dishes and wash clothes to we need to have this repaired professionally and it has to be done NOW! I contacted several companies in the area and they all wanted to charge me as much as my lawyer does just to look at and say its broke😳 not to mention they couldn't get here right away. Poor customer service a waste of my time. I called them three times left a voicemail around noon and never heard back since its 5:22 p.m. so I'm going to have to call a different service elsewhere to get quotes on water heaters.
Had my water heater go out and they were able to come over within an hour to check it and then able to replace it the very next day! Super happy with their service on this one and on prior services that my wife called them when I was out of town. I would recommend them highly!
