Nasty Rude Behavior by the owner – It always amazes me when the owner of a customer-service oriented business is nasty and rude. If one has that kind of personality, why get into a business where you are going to have to deal with the public everyday? Once, I'll give someone a pass. Great Service – I've been doing business with Alan since PostNet opened and have never had a bad experience. My jobs get done quickly and correctly every time. I wish all businesses worked as efficiently as this one does.

All Around Great Experience – I have been working with Alan for over two years now. He and his staff are very helpful and accomodating. If you are tired of other companies like FedEx Kinkos and all the others telling you what they are NOT going to do. Go see Alan. Alan gets all of my business.

Needs some help in the customer relations area – Don't need to say much more really. All it would take would be a kind word, patience and a smile once in a while. Maybe not charging someone $1 for a strip of tape to tape their box shut for them. (-: It's the little things that add up to repeat customers.

Friendly Dpendable Service – I have been using Postnet Leander for the last two years and have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. The owner has been courteous, helpful and friendly. I have witnessed disagreeable people treating the owner rudely and he keeps his cool and does not respond in kind. Postnet Leander is an asset to the community and a big help to me and my company.

If this place wants to grow, the owner needs... – ,,,,a personality! Actually he needs to sell the business to someone else! I have been in this place three times, twice when it first opened and then one last time recently. I had bad experiences the first two times I was in there but I thought that perhaps the guy had just had a bad week and since it was a long time since I've been there, I thought I'd give it another chance.
