I walked in with designs and a simple request to run 150 business cards and 250 DL size prints. Store owner was not pleasant, unhelpful, and matter of fact to the point it seemed like she was lazy, or just didn't want my business. I have never had such a strong negative reaction to customer service before. It crossed a line I have not experienced ever. Just plain rude, and I'm not sure why I was the target. Maybe she was having a miserable day....
Nichelle, Fred and Fe are the best! They truly go out of their way to help you. They are very patient and take really good care of everyone. I have been going here for almost 10 years! They have created banners, post cards, other marketing materials, passport photos, notarize documents etc. I highly recommend them.
