I went to PostNet at 2363 James Street in Syracuse New York today and I met an Employee named Shannon, she was so helpful and Professional, I have to be honest I didn't know the store was there and happened to look at the sign and decided to check it out, last week unfortunately I went to Staples and the employees were rude and did not seem to care I was looking for help. I had some fliers made there anyways but I was not happy with the customer service....but the wonderful customer service I got at PostNet was very refreshi... read more
