Horrible experience. I wanted to return an anchor for my boat that was shipped via UPS from the vendor. I was shipping it back via UPS. It was sent in bubble wrap and that is how I was sending it back. Took it to PostNet and the owner was concerned that there was a point on the tip of the anchor. Did not matter to him that UPS had already it shipped it in this manner. He called UPS and they agreed.
