After renting the box and paying the the year in advance, I receive a notice in my PO Box that they needed proof of residency and valid ID. Meanwhile, they made a copy of my license and passport, plus utility bill. They are claiming that I NEVER handed those valid ID's. But I have 2 keys, receipt, and a mailbox #. I didnt feel very secure so I closed my account. Still my personal documents are no where's to be found. Not very responsible.
