These guys are top notch the whole way. I love having them in the neighborhood, it’s so convenient to be able to utilize any service provider (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Friendly and helpful employees make the most impact on our experiences here. We have always had nothing but exceptional customer service and support on each and every visit. Why go anywhere else? TLDR: 10 out of 10, would recommend!
Was very disappointed with this business. I was advised by this business to use fed ex ground to deliver an important package and that the shipping came with $300 insurance. The package was wrongly delivered to the wrong location and stolen. The insurance claim was denied and I wasted weeks on this trying to resolve it. We weren’t even refunded for the $30 cost of the shipping. I have a ton of regrets shipping with this business.
