Nice to have a local place in the North Loop I can quickly run to for a whole host of needs. However, being condescending is not the way to treat customers or anyone really. I got what I needed and quickly, but felt talked down to and like I was a major inconvenience even though there was no one else in the store. I will most likely be avoiding this location because this has been my experience every time.

Dave is a professional and is fast. If you want work done well and done fast this is the place to go. He got me a bunch of prints in under an hour. Doesn't get much better than that. Thanks Dave.
The owner was pretty rude and condescending when we asked about 3D printing. Initially we were not greeted and it did not seem like he wanted to get out of his desk to answer our questions. We felt that we were treated very disrespectfully and did not care to help us and have our business even though we were willing to pay whatever price. When we asked for his card he just set it on the table too instead of handing it to us. Will not be returning for additional services.
