Update to 5 Stars following today's positive experience and great customer service.
Slower than molasses in the winter. Lol...one customer in front of me, and not like it was last time PostNet helped me at this location. Simply, after 5 minutes, all ya gotta do to keep folks from walking and not returning is acknowledge them. I voted with my feet and walked.
I'd like to commend Sam and Zack who had to work in 100+ degree store when their AC went out. They were courteous, prompt, and worked diligently in sweltering heat. In the hour I was there, they helped a dozen people who could barely stand walking into the store because it was so hot inside! Sam and Zack did everything they could to make sure I was pleased with my order and re-printed several options when my prints weren't coming out very clean. Consistently overcharge! I asked them to ship an item to Puerto Rico. A staff member told me that it was considered foreign country and that they could only ship it FedEx for $70 or more. Went 4 miles away and shipped it via USPS for $9.65. This isn't the first time I've encountered this. They couldn't figure out how to ship shoes to Singapore, again, they quoted something outrageous.
Love this place. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Service is fast and efficient. Plenty of parking.
