This store provides many business services promptly with high level of professionalism. I never go to the post office and I can drop off medium sized parcels for Fedex, UPS, and post office which saves me trips to bigger stores, and they ship packages as well. They do get busy, but they are still faster than bigger stores!
I've been a VERY happy customer of this PostNet for almost 5 years, despite other places I could rent a mailbox, ship packages, buy stamps, fax, get printing or have something notarized. Because I'm there at least 5 times EVERY week, I can attest to the friendliest and fastest service 99% of the time. Like any good business, they do get busy at times. I stopped in your store on Tuesday 05/24/11 around 4:30 pm. I spoke to ******* and was interested in getting several prints done by Postnet. I was told by ****** that my print for first proof would take 3 business days. I spoke to several employees of Postnet and was given the run around with the progress of my print. I was told by Saturday 05/28/11 the latest it would be ready. I called again on Saturday and was told that nothing had been done and that the person who is doing my art work is sick and out of office till Monda... read more
