Apparently they specialize in wines that aren’t sourced from specific regions so they are much lower in terms of quality and consistency but still priced like premium wines. Instead you will only have country or state listed which means the grapes could come from anywhere. Good luck finding an expressive varietal of your liking. Delightful surprise! Attention to detail - phenomenal. Definitely didn’t expect such an elevated experience but was delighted - when I walked in, noticed the wall covered in cars so that was a topic of conversation where I learned that each Postino location is themed after what used to be in that spot.
