Not impressed with the care I received for having a remote fertility doctor. The doctor had me do some genetic blood work and a radiological scrotal exam. The doctor did not look at the results before my next appointment. He had us read what the results said and he then was ADAMANT that I go to a urologist immediately. He was essentially indirectly pushing a false narrative of testicular cancer on me without saying it. Dr. Masson himself is an excellent provider very knowledgeable and skilled. The office staff/model at Posterity is of concern; different people are responsible for different aspects. For example one person schedules office visits, one person schedules surgical interventions, one person receives payments. As well, be careful because the office staff is in different time zones. Dr. Masson is the most knowledgeable, capable, kind, responsive and empathetic doctors I have ever encountered. He took over my case from another doctor as my case fell under his specialty, and I am so happy he did. Dr. Masson laid out the steps that we needed to take for surgery and treatment, and everything happened quickly and smoothly. He was thorough, informative, and did everything possible to make me and my wife feel comfortable. Dr. Masson is our hero. He is a wonderful surgeon and has a great bedside manner. We felt like he was part of our family throughout the journey and couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommended!
