It was sheer luck finding this place online and boy are we glad we did! Comfy, charming rooms... very friendly and helpful staff ... location to die for! Right on the square in the middle of everything! I see some people complaining about the noise drifting up from the square, but it didn't bother us. Loved sleeping with the windows open in August! Great breakfast in the morning, lively happy hour in the evening and excellent service from the staff. We'll be back!!
Great place. Warm and friendly. Jordan at the front desk very welcoming to guests. Cozy place to stay with true European feel. Nice breakfast and easy ski storage. Highly recommend.
It was a decent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the noise. Didn't report it but our room was facing the main sqare and people were being quite noisy until the wee hours of the morning outside and then in our hallway. The place was quaint and the free breakfast was actually pretty good. It's location is great! I'd stay there again. It was our first time staying in Beaver Creek, and it was good enough to go back.
Don't stay here. First off, there's no air conditioning. It was very hot and tough to sleep in the sweltering room. Secondly, my husband left a brand new pair of expensive slacks, folded, washed in a drawer. We called immediately after leaving and, uh oh, no slacks. There's no way they were not found and now are being worn by a family member of the staff. Trying to reach someone in charge was frustrating. Worst stay ever... one one of the hottest days with no ac available apparently in the entire city of Avon. Then our TV was messed up with no sound, and the color was off. And to top it off could not no sign in to the fictional free WiFi that was supposedly offered. No code was given to get into the spa, and pool. Was miserable. We were going to stay two nights but one nightmare is enough for one night. Will be spreading the news on how horrible a place this is. I am currently staying here right now.
