Nice people but they expect to much.
We wanted to send our son a care package to camp but the address for the location was very remote and the system was not recognizing it. I’ve been to two other places to send the package and encountered the same issue prior to visiting Sandra at Postal Annex. She was absolutely amazing! She Googled the location and confirmed the address to ensure that our son would get it. She always had a smile on her face and willing to help.

Normally I would give them 5 stars for outstanding service but they added on tracking without asking which cost a lot more than I wanted to spend. I went ahead and paid for it but was not happy about the extra cost.
