This was one of the most disturbing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Claire was condescending, aggressive, and completely out of line. I dropped off a package for USPS. The Postal Annex indicated they would not provide a receipt. They indicated the package was picked up 4 days ago by USPS, but USPS indicates they did not receive the package. Additionally, the Postal Annex does not track evidence of the pick up by USPS.

Just went to mail a package within open office hours and they closed it for a lunch break. They need to staff appropriately or update operation hours
