This was one of the most disturbing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Claire was condescending, aggressive, and completely out of line. When I questioned a price discrepancy, she gaslighted me—insisting I hadn’t seen what I clearly did, speaking to me like I was delusional. She talked over me, twisted my words, falsely accused me, and treated me with blatant disrespect—all in front of my two children, who witnessed everything. I dropped off a package for USPS. The Postal Annex indicated they would not provide a receipt. They indicated the package was picked up 4 days ago by USPS, but USPS indicates they did not receive the package. Additionally, the Postal Annex does not track evidence of the pick up by USPS.
