Friendly service, and very patient and polite. Quickly responded when I walked through the door. This is a very busy location, so as patrons we need to show some grace.

This was my first experience at this PostalAnnex location and it will be my last. I live locally, so I’m quite bummed by this. I had purchased pants from Old Navy and decided to return them. I initiated the return through Old Navy’s online system. Apparently they use a third party system: Happy Returns. When I initiated the return online, Happy Returns stated I could drop it off without a box nor packaging and simply use a QR code to scan the return.
