Save yourself time and a headache just go to FedEx, UPS or the Post office. I wish I could give zero stars. I was on a work trip and needed my passport, so I had a family member attempt to overnight it to me. They were provided a tracking number and were told that it would ship that day. After checking the tracking there was no information. Meaning it never made it on the FedEx truck. I followed up with FedEx there was no record of the tracking number. Amazing service
Michael at postal annex had great customer service went out of his way to help me on a tracking issue when you didn't even have to I appreciate it all of his help and great customer service you guys should come for all your USPS FedEx needs here
They are SO incredibly slow it seems impossible…. and now suddenly will not print receipts for USPS.
Although print out the label, it still Charge $1 for taping for each package, never seen that at any other places.
