I was simply sitting and eating my meal when the night security guard decided to interrupt me for absolutely no reason. Instead of doing his job professionally, he came over looking for a problem where there wasn’t one. Rather than handling things calmly, he turned a completely normal situation into an unnecessary confrontation. Had a prepaid QR code for a product return and never had to pay for printing the label at the store. After waiting for my turn for about 10 mins, the guy says that they charge $2.50 for printing the label. I understand they are running a business and have to make money, but this is a first for me and it sounded ridiculous. I thought he was joking but he wasn’t. I paid for it as I didn’t want to waste more of my time, but you have been warned! Print labels at home or take your business elsewhere.
