Poor service
I have been using Postal Annex in Pace, FL for the past couple years for mail box & shipping. Couldn't be happier by making the move from UPS Store (after 15+ years) Postal Annex's service has been exceptional from their prompt e-mail notice of package arrival to their consistent friendly greeting when I enter the facility to pick up my mail.
Bruce and his staff are phenomenal. Always friendly, fast service with a smile.
Great people, very helpful and kind.
This place will no longer accept packages if you bring them in with a pre-printed label. They are way over priced on shipping, and supplies and the staff as a tendency to be rude and condescending.
