I spent $370 to send 4 international packages, my question was very clear, do you ship DHL to DHL (because this is the most secure and safe way to ship) and I was told yes over the phone, so I went into the store, I stated I need to ship these packages DHL to DHL, yet I was presented with other shipping methods that was confusing to me. I chose USPS because the person helping me said it would be delivered to DHL (I am not an expert on this so I went to the experts and told them what I needed). Called and put on hold for 10 minutes, arrived at store still on hold, employees are chatting in the back of empty store. Stood with packages at front for five minutes. Walked out. Empty store the whole time.

I’ve often used postal annex, and this location several times, it is close to my home and convenient. However, after the attitude I received from the staff today and their refusal to help me because they were closing in three minutes was absolutely absurd. I came with my package Sealed and ready to be delivered. The door was unlocked. It was before 6 o’clock closing time and I’m told by the two individuals working there that they were closed.
