They refuse to deliver to po boxes.
This location accepted a package that they claimed wasn't there because I didn't have a PO box. The person who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. The package is lost now (despite them signing for it). I would do everything you could to avoid shipping here.

Will not do infant passport photos
I spent $370 to send 4 international packages, my question was very clear, do you ship DHL to DHL (because this is the most secure and safe way to ship) and I was told yes over the phone, so I went into the store, I stated I need to ship these packages DHL to DHL, yet I was presented with other shipping methods that was confusing to me. I chose USPS because the person helping me said it would be delivered to DHL (I am not an expert on this so I went to the experts and told them what I needed).
