I just went to try and get my finger prints done, the old lady working the front yelled at me because she had a break sign during my appointment time. She yelled at me from across the building that the machine was down. I was not notified of the machine being down and the way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and did not offer to reschedule my appointment. Do not go to this location!

Hello—I have been going to this place my entire life. The lady is very kind, but there is a guy named Kathleen who is very rude when asking for information and raises his voice. I hope to continue going to this place, but I will make sure to deal with the lady; she is always very kind.

Absolutely THE WORST LACK OF SERVICE in a store in a very long time!!!! The elder lady “working” there was VERY RUDE and does NOT know her job!!!! Very excitable woman!!! She dropped helping me and another customer to view her friends phone with baby pics!!! YES, she left all of us at the counter so she could talk to her friend and look at pics!!! WOW!!!

I always use this postal annex if at all possible. The people who work here are so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that Duncan went the extra mile for me today, helping me package up some things to mail to my sister. I hope this place with its positive energy will be blessed and prosperous.
