The staff here is super hepful and worked to give me the lowest price.
Horrible horrible. Their front desk person straight up lies to you when he doesn’t know answer to something. It will take you 3 days to actually get the manager who is able to address the concern but even the manager never delivers. I have wasted my time. Changing mailing address is not easy and because of this Postal Annex, I have to change my address again. For gawd sake, find someplace else even if it is a little farther away because this Postal Annex is not worth the stress
Provide misleading information over phone, rates ended up double what usps charges.
