Incompetents work here!! I used to get good service, for a reasonable price, when I switched addresses a few years ago. Now I’m overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Probably happed for a couple months or more before I noticed the bill. Then scans became phone pics…not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows ... read more
