Stopped by the PostalAnnex because another publicly traded large shipper location messed up the battery code when they packaged up my laptop, so it came back to me and I couldn't get support to understand how to rectify it. Very easy to use this service which I have done many times.Most recent visit was a bit disappointing since the clerk when I arrived was on her cellphone via speaker and didn't end the call but continued to chat while processing my packages for shipping even at one point switching to ear buds rather than speaker phone
