Absolutely useless, rude and proud of it. I send packages at least 3X a week at my local postal annex in Vista. They always give me a receipt no problem. This place told me they refuse to issue a receipt and I should go to the USPS if I want one. THIS IS THE ONLY POSTAL ANNEX THAT HAS EVER DONE THIS of the DOZENS I have used. These people are trash. I wish I could give 0 stars.
