I had such a great experience at Postal Annex! The staff was friendly, professional, and super helpful from the moment I walked in. I am not sure if it’s the place, or the workers, but three different times in the past week and a half, I’ve been charged three different amounts for the same exact thing. This is the last time I bother with this place. There’s another place over at Progress Ridge, unfortunately, this place has the extended hours.
Not good at all.. this Carlitta girl taped my package and I can’t even explain how terrible this was! Paper was just crinkled.. not flat, it looked horrible! I paid 4$ and sent a PDF of my packing slip and my label. She only prints the label and acts oblivious to the PDF that is RIGHT NEXT TO IT!! dropped off usps packages here twice, both went fine. one was to latam and had no dropoff fee. another one was for a friend a few states away and required a $1 dropoff fee. just thought i'd note considering the other reviews mentioning fees & also the fact that these instances were only a couple of months apart.
