This is THE MOST incompetent postal annex or postal location I've ever dealt with. The service is BEYOND terrible and slow. They mark packages as being delivered back to the ship from address when they didn't even leave to go to their intended destination. Of course then USPS has no recourse for this. Insanity! STAY AWAY.
I dropped off the completed Cologuard box today, and as I walked in the woman said "more shit coming in" to her co-worker. That was quite embarrassing. I don't think there was no one else there but I didn't want to turn around to find out. Perhaps a updated customer service review is needed.
I went inside to return a package that shipping and cost was paid for they charged to print the label and for packaging all that was payed for by sweetwater for a defective item I was there a couple of weeks back and was charged nothing this place is a scam
We love this place and they take great care us and our postal needs.
