Pretty much every time I go in and a lady is working I can almost guarantee no cordial customer service. No hello, no good bye, no you’re welcome after I say thank you many times. Both ladies are incredibly sassy and cold. Probably because I am a lady too is the reason they are cold to me and borderline super rude.
Everyone that works here is always so friendly and helpful!
Excellent costumer service
After all was calculated to ship a couple things in their box and packaging the grand total was $70, I asked how much the shipping cost was they said $20 something. I bought the box from them for $4.50 and packaged it myself and after waiting 10 minutes mailed it at the Post Office for $19.10. Sorry $46 was more than willing to pay for ten minutes work, I don't get that for one hour of work.
