Employee was very professional and seemed to wear many hats. I was helped with fngerprinting and I think she was helping others with notarization. I could tell she treated all customers with kindness and respect. Great experience.

I had an absolutely excellent experience at Postal Annex and couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I had to return a brand-new phone, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous about shipping something so valuable. PostalAnnex lost my phone and now being charged $850 b/c I didn't return it. Also lost a package that contained a photo of my great uncle and nephew that can't be replaced. The owner Scott was rude and even hung up on me. He said it wasn't his problem. Never going there again. Interestingly enough it was dropped off at 11:30 am TODAY. hmmm. So it was misplaced by PostalAnnex and they won't take accountability. Customer service is terrible. Don't go there.

Came in to get my fingerprints done. Terry at the front desk was cheery and kind and had me out of there under 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

My son just went to get his first passport. They told him he smiled too much in the photo he brought. He walked to the PostalAnnex to get a new photo and they charged him $16 for a new one. This is a kid without an income. That is enough money for him to buy multiple meals. Congratulations, you just took advantage of a young person.
