Excellent costumer service
After all was calculated to ship a couple things in their box and packaging the grand total was $70, I asked how much the shipping cost was they said $20 something. I bought the box from them for $4.50 and packaged it myself and after waiting 10 minutes mailed it at the Post Office for $19.10. Sorry $46 was more than willing to pay for ten minutes work, I don't get that for one hour of work.

I’ve been here multiple times for finger printing and passport renewal. The staff has always been helpful and kind.
I have used this service several times in the past. I recently shipped 2 packages from here. Unfortunently, there was damage when the items arrived. Upon calling and talking to the manager, Scott, he was sincerely apologetic and made things as right as he could (unfortunently the items couldn't be replaced. It was an unfortunante situation, however, because of the prompt responces from him in regards to reimbursement and employee training, I will not hesitate to use this company for future needs.
