Personnels are very rude and dont care what they are doing. My package was huge and heavy (110lb) so I asked if they can unlock front door so that I can take it on my dolly but she denied in a very rude way as if I were a thief. They get easy money from fedex and ups by keeping the luggage for a short period of time but it is just absurd and pathetic to see her acting like an authoritarian.

This place is great, the woman who runs the store is super friendly and helpful! Helps you figure out the best way to ship things at a reasonable price.

I strongly encourage you to use the PostalAnnex on El Camino over this Northpark location. I just had a terribly rude encounter with the owner (male). I walked in to return a box with a pre-paid FedEx package label; I had not taped up the box, assuming that finalizing the package for shipment was part of this location's service. The man rudely told me that I could not just bring in the box without taping it up first.
