I strongly encourage you to use the PostalAnnex on El Camino over this Northpark location. I just had a terribly rude encounter with the owner (male). I walked in to return a box with a pre-paid FedEx package label; I had not taped up the box, assuming that finalizing the package for shipment was part of this location's service. The man rudely told me that I could not just bring in the box without taping it up first. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN! I needed to complete my Hazmat and TWIC Card for CDL purposes after I pre enrolled online on the TSA website. I was mistreated so bad by both the Asian lady and her husband which I feel was because of my race. She spoke to every Asian who came in so nicely and with a different tone but to me she was so rude and disgusting. I’ve been doing my postal service here and the lady always helps me. The services I’ve tried here are - Self Addressed Envelope for the Embassy, International Document Delivery, and same State Document and Item Delivery.

Hey Chinese lady, i would suggest you to take ESL or some equivalent course or some ethic courses. I will be there just to argue with you next time :) have no clue what you are saying at all. Good luck with “high paying job”. I would be pathetic if I work there at your age. Good luck
