Both owners are extremely rude! Especially, the lady. You walk in and are never acknowledged. She yells at you to see what you need. She treats certain people with preference and will completely ignore you! Horrible location!!!
This place is ridiculous, I’m a Chinese manager or owner is a Chinese. But staff overall is very rude, and don’t care about anything, not even mention if they will take care of your package. Michael, the employee with a very hard accent to understand, is extremely rude and impatient. From the moment the windows opened at 10:00 he was rude to every customer until I had the bad luck to have to go to his window. All I wanted to do was leave a change of address.
